Welcome to my website! I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Operations, Information and Decisions department at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. My research applies data-driven methods for the design and analysis of service systems that incorporate empirically grounded customer decision-making behavior.I am originally from São Paulo, Brazil. Prior to my Ph.D., I received my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Systems Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering and Applied Science where I was a Penn World Scholar.
